New Delhi: Tata Motors on Friday entered right into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Authorities of Gujarat to help establishing a Registered Automobile Scrapping Facility (RVSF) in Ahmedabad for end-of-life passenger and business automobiles.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi launched the Automobile Scrapping Coverage through the ‘Buyers Summit for establishing Automobile Scrapping Infrastructure’ in Gujarat.

The coverage is meant to usher in investments of round INR 10,000 crore to arrange 450-500 Automated Testing Stations (ATS) and 60-70 Registered Automobile Scrapping Services (RVSF) throughout the nation.
