There have been scenes of panic at Kabul airport as determined residents attempt to flee following the seizure of the Afghan capital by the Taliban.
Witnesses say a minimum of three civilians died on Monday within the chaos on the airport, which is being secured by US troops. It’s not clear whether or not they have been shot or died in a stampede.
With scheduled flights suspended, many foreigners and Afghans are stranded.
The US and different international locations are speeding to evacuate employees and allies.
