An alleged drug provider was remanded within the custody of the Narcotics Management Bureau (NCB) until Monday (October 11) by a Vacation Justice of the Peace Court docket in Mumbai on Sunday.
The accused, Shivraj Ramdas Harijan (33), is a resident of Murugan Chawl in Santacruz (West). He was arrested at 7:45 pm on Saturday.

Nevertheless, Harijan’s lawyer, Sandeep Sherkhane, opposed the remand plea and stated that there was no hyperlink between his shopper and Service provider and, subsequently, he shouldn’t be despatched to NCB custody. Sherkhane claimed that Harijan has been ‘falsely implicated’ within the Mumbai cruise drug haul case.
