An alleged drug provider was remanded within the custody of the Narcotics Management Bureau (NCB) until Monday (October 11) by a Vacation Justice of the Peace Court docket in Mumbai on Sunday.
The accused, Shivraj Ramdas Harijan (33), is a resident of Murugan Chawl in Santacruz (West). He was arrested at 7:45 pm on Saturday.

Nevertheless, Harijan’s lawyer, Sandeep Sherkhane, opposed the remand plea and stated that there was no hyperlink between his shopper and Service provider and, subsequently, he shouldn’t be despatched to NCB custody.
